    SECURITY GUARD FOR RETAIL IN WILMINGTON

    PAY RATE: $21.69 PER HOUR

    FULL TIME

    EVENING SCHEDULE

    This position involves monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the premises, and responding to suspicious behavior to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for customers and employees. The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, and able to manage incidents calmly and professionally.

    Responsibilities:

    + Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect unusual activity.

    + Patrol sales floors, stock areas, and entrances to deter theft and ensure safety.

    + Document incidents clearly and accurately in detailed reports.

    + Work closely with store management and local law enforcement as needed.

    + Support safety initiatives and promote a culture of integrity and accountability

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
