    Description

    Director, Evenings - Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday , 4-12:30am

     

    + Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.

    + Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.

    + Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.

    + Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.

    + Perform administrative duties and reporting.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree preferred, CASAC required

    + At least 3 years managing and developing a team

    + Proven leadership skills a must

    + Organizational skills a must

    + Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully

    + Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization

    Salary Description

    $22 - 24
