Responsible for delivering technology solutions aligning with the organization's objectives. Provides direction to project, service, or solution teams for application development within the organization. Develops project plans, manages issues - risks, drives issue resolution, directs resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintains control overthe project(s). Monitors the progress of the team, which may include Allyemployee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress and provides the team with support and direction. Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendor resources and vendor management. Leads impact assessments for changes in related processes/systems (e.g. data sources, business processes, interfaces, etc.), and translates into execution plans. Interacts directly with business clients for purposes of gathering and conveying information.

The Work Itself
* Provides direction and oversight to project teams to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions that meet applicable business requirements.
* Responsible for project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality.
* Allocates and directs resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintains control project schedule(s) and deliverable quality.
* Responsible for a set of releases.
* Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/ risks when appropriate.
* Manages project teams, which may include Ally employee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress; leads/develops Ally staff members.
* Acts as team's interface to IT and Business Partners; develops/maintains strong relationship with vendor teams and vendor management.
* Support the business in defining plans to ensure organization acceptance of the new solution.
The Skills You Bring
* 3+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment, PMP preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred
* Ability to manage IT projects that are medium in complexity, size, and scope.
* Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and tools and software development life cycles (SDLC).
* Experience influencing/managing technical teams, including matrix partners and 3rd party vendor resources.
* Technical background/skillset to contribute hands-on analysis and facilitate technical discussions.
* Communicate effectively across multi-vendor environment - ASP, custom development, sustain, etc.
* Ability to deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable.
* Superior interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
* Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
* MS Office Suite with extensive Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
