    DCH Academy Honda, a Lithia & Driveway dealership, is looking for a Cashier/Appointment Coordinator to support our Service Department!

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist customers, answer incoming calls and inquires.

    + Direct calls and h andle all customer payment and credit transactions.

    + Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s and bank deposits.

    + Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.

    + Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.

    + Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

    + Desire to succeed, learn, and grow in the automotive industry

    + Great communication, customer service, and time management skills

    + Attention to detail

    + Excellent phone etiquette

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    + One to two years of previous cashier/receptionist experience is preferred

    The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
