• Revenue Cycle Account Manager

    LogixHealth (Bedford, MA)


    This Role:

    As an Account Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee and manage client accounts.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Proactively assist practice administrators by providing guidance on current and future challenges

    + Liaison with collection agencies

    + Oversee AR, including review of monthly profile analysis reports and monthly executive summaries

    + Collaborate with Follow Up/Teams Leads to ensure specific issues, projects or problems are being resolved

    + Review letters of hardships and take appropriate action

    + Present pertinent information in client meetings and maintain organized, up-to-date and complete client files

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Minimum of five (5) years third party billing experience

    + Possesses strong computer skills, the ability to learn new and existing software and the ability to understand capabilities, limitations and integrations within the entire infrastructure of the company

    + Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred:

    + Healthcare industry knowledge

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Client-facing experience
