    Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

    + Safely operate machines and hand tools such as presses, lathes, crimpers, and winders following established standard operating procedures

    + Conduct quality checks throughout the production process and promptly identify and report any product defects

    + Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure precise production

    + Maintain inventory levels at your workstation and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work area

    Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Prior machine operator experience preferred but not mandatory—training is available!

    + Basic math skills and ability to read tape measures accurately

    + Strong English communication skills (verbal and comprehension)

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks comfortably

    + Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, dust, and oils

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success

    **Pay Details:** $18.63 per hour
