• Machine Operator (4-day work week)

    **Adecco is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator position with our client in Oxford, MI.** Weekly pay starting at **$15 per hour** with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more. This is a **full-time** opportunity to join a dependable, family-owned manufacturing team.

     

    As a Machine Operator, you will support metal stamping operations by running machinery, inspecting parts, and ensuring the production line operates smoothly. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a hands-on environment.

     

    **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

    **Location:** Oxford, MI 48371

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor metal stamping machines

    + Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

    + Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the area clean

    + Follow safety and production guidelines

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

    + Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

    + Reliable and willing to learn
