    **Job Title:** Flight Nurse – California Float

    **Location:** Remote – California

    **Salary:** $97,452 to $139,208 annually ($28.73 – $41.01/hour)

    **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $35,000

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver advanced emergency care during air and ground transport.

    + Perform complex assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.

    + Accurately document patient care and billing information.

    + Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.

    + Participate in PR, marketing, and continuing education activities.

    + Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

    + **Schedule:** Varies

    + **Location:** California Float (statewide coverage)

    What You’ll Need

    + Active RN license in California.

    + 3–5+ years of critical care/emergency and flight transport experience.

    + Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS (NRP preferred).

    + CFRN within 24 months of hire.

    + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and maintain body weight under 235 lbs.

    + Strong communication and computer skills.
