Job Title: Engineering Aide I
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Engineering Aide I** to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This entry-level role provides hands-on technical and administrative support to engineers, helping monitor production activities and improve manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in monitoring daily production and collecting data to identify trends or inefficiencies
+ Compile and analyze metrics including cycle times, defect rates, and equipment performance
+ Support time studies, workflow analysis, and equipment utilization tracking
+ Maintain technical records, specifications, and test results
+ Provide administrative support such as documentation control and report preparation
+ Assist with continuous improvement efforts through data gathering and follow-up
+ Operate basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers)
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support (internship/co-op experience a plus)
+ Familiarity with manufacturing tools and environments
+ Basic understanding of engineering drawings and materials
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Valid driver’s license may be required
Work Environment:
+ Office and manufacturing floor setting
+ Exposure to machinery and noise; PPE provided
+ May involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
+ Flexibility to support various shifts and projects as needed
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
