Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, Sat 7:30-2:00

Department Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30-6:30, Sat 7:30-2:00

Responsibilities:

+ Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.

+ Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner.

+ Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.

+ Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.

+ Develop a production plan each month.

+ Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. ​

Qualifications:

+ Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience

+ Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics

+ ASE Certifications

+ BMW experience is a huge plus

+ Strong work ethic

+ Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job

+ A great communicator with a positive attitude

+ Knowledge of basic accounting principles

+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 - $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity.
