Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire Assembly Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity. These positions are ideal for candidates with fine motor skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. As an Assembly Operator in Biomed, you will build and calibrate a variety of quality, Biomedical Testing Equipment. In this position, you would join a team who values cross-training, collaboration, and growth & development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, rework, calibrate, test, inspect, and package electromechanical components and assemblies
• Operate and maintain production equipment and hand tools, following process documentation, diagrams, and written instructions to meet production targets
• Collect, analyze, and report production data using basic math skills
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing processes, as appropriate to your role
Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills, including logging in, printing, navigating on-screen prompts, and opening/closing files
• Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds, move objects up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive hand/arm motions, and stand for extended periods
• Potential exposure to chemicals, solvents, and solder fumes; safety glasses are required
• Must be able to distinguish colors and handle small components, as the role involves frequent close-up work
• Proficient in reading and speaking English to follow safety guidelines, assembly instructions, and supervisor directions
• Prior experience in electronic assembly is preferred, but strong willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential
• High attention to detail to ensure delivery of quality products to customers

**Pay Details:** $2,050.00 to $20.50 per hour
