We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Support Professionals, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently-all on a schedule that works for you.

What You'll Do:

As a Community Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one in the community (not in an office) to support individuals in building life skills and confidence. Depending on your availability and interests, your day might include:

+ Assisting with grocery shopping, meal prep, and healthy routines

+ Helping manage bills, budgeting, or household organization

+ Encouraging community engagement through outings and social visits

+ Driving individuals to appointments or activities (mileage reimbursement provided)

+ Offering encouragement, teaching life skills, and supporting independence

You'll work independently, but with the support of a dedicated team behind you.

What We're Looking For:

+ Part-time availability between 8 AM - 7 PM (weekdays or weekends-your choice!)

+ A responsible, compassionate person who enjoys helping others

+ Comfortable working independently

+ Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver's license

+ No experience required-we provide all the training you need
