*Your Role as an Electrophysiology RN:*

As an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will:

* Coordinate and collaborate with team members to prepare cases, organize rooms, and assist with setup and takedown before and after procedures.

* Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

* Assist the anesthesiologist with anesthesia induction and intubation.

* Anticipate patient-specific needs during cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes.

* Take a lead role in patient care, including:

o Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expectedoutcomes.

o Taking primary responsibility for the care delivered by the Care Team under your supervision.

*Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:*

o Bachelor's degree in nursing

o Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.

o California Registered Nurse License

o Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS provider certifications

o At least one (1) year recent RN experience.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

o CCRN Certification

o One (1) year of recent RN experience in an Electrophysiology Lab or Cath Lab
