To continue laying the groundwork and challenge what's possible for our business, we seek to partner with individuals ready to elevate their careers with us. *SUMMARY:*The Sr. Account Executive position will work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team to develop new prospects, build relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services in the mid-stream petroleum and logistics industry. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management and after-sales support. Responsibilities include revenue accountability for a specified account base within a region, customer type, or line of business. Familiar with sales strategy, market analysis, and the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in building customer dependencies. Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver value-added services to current and prospective customers. This position includes responsibilities for volume, revenue and gross margin variance reviews by assigned account base, and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities. *EDUCATION:*High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related area preferred. *EXPERIENCE:*5 years of sales experience. *TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:*Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Office products, including Word, , Excel and PowerBi. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred. *COMPENTENCIES:*Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to build rapport with customers, partner and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness, utilize problem solving skills, and recommend and implement continuous improvement alternatives. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills along with developing long-term strategic relationships. Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, correspondences, and other written materials in a detailed-oriented environment. Ability to grow relationships with current and new accounts through a variety of business development activities, including cold calling and implementing marketing campaigns along with knowledge sharing within the Sales Team to leverage outreach strategies. Knowledgeable of industry-related issues in mid-stream petroleum distribution, transportation, supply chain management and use of technology in logistics. *OTHER:*Ability to travel regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events (up to 50%). Subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check to obtain your driving history. *JOB SCOPE:*Position impacts multiple business units/segments. *WORKING CONDITIONS:*Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
