    As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a critical clinical resource within the Emergency Care business, providing clinical, technical product application (end-user), and educational sales support to internal teams and healthcare professionals. You will support Stryker’s U.S. Sales teams by delivering in-service education, facilitating product adoption, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the care continuum. Regular travel is required to support training, sales efforts, and customer education at healthcare sites.

    What you will do:

    + Provide clinical and technical product support during pre- and post-sale activities for Emergency Care products

    + Deliver in-service training and hands-on education to clinicians, EMS professionals, and hospital staff on product use and best practices

    + Collaborate with sales teams to align training programs with sales objectives and customer needs

    + Participate in product evaluations, demos, and conversions, supporting customer adoption and satisfaction

    + Troubleshoot product-related clinical inquiries and escalate technical issues when necessary

    + Stay current on clinical trends and emergency care protocols to effectively support and educate end users

    + Support new product launches and post-market activities with clinical insight and field feedback

    + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training provided, and product performance in the field

    What you need:

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Emergency Medicine, or related field.

    + Current licensure or certification: RN, Paramedic, EMT or similar clinical credential

    + Ability to travel up to 60% nationally to support field activities

    Preferred:

    + Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, EMS, trauma, or critical care

    + Strong understanding of emergency care environments: EMS, ED/ER, prehospital systems

    + Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
