    Position Overview

    We’re seeking a dynamic financial leader to oversee and enhance our accounting operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong internal control environment, driving process improvements, and supporting the professional growth of the accounting team.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, including payroll entries and regulatory filings.

    + Collaborate with leadership to deliver clear, actionable financial insights and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making.

    + Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements submitted to external partners and stakeholders.

    + Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

    + Manage the year-end close process and coordinate with external auditors for annual reviews.

    + Champion employee development by implementing structured training programs and setting measurable growth objectives for team members.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + A high school diploma is required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is strongly preferred.

    + At least 10 years of progressive experience in a dealership setting or within a public accounting environment.

    + Solid understanding of general accounting principles, dealership management systems, OEM reporting protocols, and proficiency in Excel.

    + Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for cross-functional teams.

    + Must be proactive in evaluating and adapting financial reporting practices to align with evolving business needs.

    + Proven leadership in mentoring and developing team members, with a focus on performance and growth.

    + Highly organized, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
