    Job Title: Contracts Administrator

    About Us:

    Our client is currently seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Contract Reviewer to join their team. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding their business interests by ensuring all contracts align with legal standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review, analyze, and interpret a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, subconsultant agreements, and client service agreements.

    + Identify and assess potential risks, liabilities, and obligations within contract language.

    + Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

    + Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and executive leadership to negotiate terms and resolve contract-related issues.

    + Maintain organized records of contract versions, approvals, and communications.

    + Provide guidance on contract modifications, renewals, and terminations.

    + Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates and review processes.

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Proven experience in contract review, administration, or management—preferably within engineering, architecture, or design services.

    + Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement processes.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

    + Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

    + Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with industry-specific contracts and terminology.

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and project management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
