    • Immediate Opportunity: Senior Payroll Lead (Contract)

     

    We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Lead to join our team on a contract basis, with strong potential for extension. If you're a payroll expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and values flexibility, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Lead high-volume payroll processing (2,000+ employees) with precision and efficiency.

    + Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and tax filings across multiple states, including Oregon and California.

    + Ensure compliance and accuracy for both Salaried Exempt and Hourly Non-Exempt employees.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and resolve payroll issues.

    • What You Bring

    + 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.

    + Deep knowledge of multistate payroll regulations and best practices.

    + Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and comfort with process documentation.

    + Bonus points for prior leadership or payroll management experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
