    Aston Carter is looking to hire a Cost Accountant in Huntington, IN. This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area!

    Job Description:

    + Lead budgeting process, collaborating cross-functionally

    + Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash flow.

    + Analyze and reduce costs across procurement, scrap, labor, and technical processes

    + Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll and operational cost reports

    + Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational leadership and business decisions

    + Partner with quality, engineering, and supply teams to implement CI projects

    + Provide financial forecasting, reporting, and performance insights for leadership

    + Maintain GAAP compliance and manage internal financial controls

    + Utilize ERP and spreadsheet tools to manage and present financial data

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of cost accounting experience (ideally in manufacturing)

    + ERP experience in SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards

    + Experienced in Excel - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's

    + CPA or CMA certification

    + Experience with Power BI or Tableau

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
