Job Title: Program Project CoordinatorJob Description
The Program Project Coordinator will assist in managing projects under the direction of the Manager. This role provides leadership in financial management, human resources, communications, purchasing, inventory management, and other departmental support. The coordinator will serve as a liaison to customers and other departments, ensuring strong, positive relationships with support departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
+ Manage reporting and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately, overseeing project schedules and coordinating departmental project activities.
+ Provide leadership by managing individual projects, presenting results, and facilitating workshops and committee meetings.
+ Offer administrative support, expertise, and leadership in administrative processes and paperwork flow.
+ Provide human resources policy and procedure expertise, guarantee timely submission of evaluations and paperwork, coordinate hiring, and oversee initial department orientation.
+ Oversee equipment and supplies allocation, facilitate periodic inventory reviews, and present cost management efforts at departmental meetings.
+ Manage events and coordinate requests for support from departments such as communications, housekeeping, engineering, and maintenance.
+ Serve as the STAR representative to coordinate installation and maintenance of data and phone communication.
+ Participate in assigned projects and complete them within requested timeframes, performing other related duties as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
+ Strong communication skills
+ Experience with project coordination and Smartsheet
+ Agile mindset with the ability to manage frequent shifts in priorities
+ Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting in an administrative or project coordinator/manager role
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
+ Skills in incorporating AI processes with existing systems/tools
+ Ability to create visual dashboards in Excel or Smartsheet
Work Environment
The role operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule requiring one day a week onsite. The position supports business operations within Facilities Services.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
