What You’ll Do:

- Be the face of a world-class development, guiding high-net-worth clients through a refined, high-touch sales experience.

- Use cutting-edge digital tools, architectural models, and immersive galleries to bring the vision to life.

- Build lasting relationships with brokers and buyers, from first contact to contract close.

- Collaborate with marketing to drive results.

- Represent important residential developers with precision and polish.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 2+ years as a sales agent in luxury new development and/or high-end brokerage. Experience selling new development is a strong plus.

- A current real estate license.

- A proactive, self-starter who is effective at closing sales and delivering white-glove service.

- Technically competent, detail and deadline oriented, and highly collaborative for a team environment.
