Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact sustainability initiatives, influence process improvements, and engage with a variety of teams across a large, complex organization. You will have exposure to cutting-edge ESG regulations and the chance to shape reporting processes.
Responsibilities
+ Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
+ Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
+ Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
+ Set up project and work breakdown structures.
+ Establish and document business processes.
+ Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant roles.
+ Familiarity with Sustainability/ESG Reporting.
+ Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and reporting.
+ Effective communication in large organizations, experience liaising with SMEs and senior leadership, ideally in complex matrixed environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Degree in sustainability, environmental, scientific, or numerate disciplines is preferred.
+ Experience with Energy Efficiency Directive, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and Carbon/Climate Risk Reporting.
+ Project management skills and interest in agentic AI are valued extras.
Work Environment
The role is remote, ideally suited for PST time zone. You will be very involved with a Europe-based team, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with no overtime. The role is part of a team focused on sustainability and ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with various regulations for data center operations and responding to customer ESG requests.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
