    Discover an exceptional opportunity at Lincoln Tech as a Local Network/System Administrator onsite at our Indianapolis campus. Take charge of managing and maintaining our campus, playing a pivotal role within our Corporate-wide team dedicated to the reliability and availability of data and communication infrastructure. As the primary support contact for Lincoln's administrative and educational staff, you'll deliver a high level of service to ensure seamless operations for both our staff and students.

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent experience

    + 1+ years working in a MS Windows® Desktop OS environment, installing and configuring Microsoft Windows on workstations and laptops.

    + Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skills

    + Moderate Windows® Server experience

    + Active Directory Administration and Windows® Server Administration

    + Knowledge of HP server workstations and laptop hardware

    + Knowledge of DELL workstations and laptops

    Responsibilities

    + Install applications (for example Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat)

    + Configure email client software to access email servers and services

    + Perform desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting

    + Configure hardware and drivers

    + Troubleshoot both wired and wireless network connectivity problems and provide remote hands-on support to Network Engineers

    + Create trouble system tickets and responds to issues (e.g., Jira Service Desk)

    + Assist in the technical training and the onboarding process for Lincoln Tech Students and Staff

    + Other projects as assigned by Corporate IT and local campus managers
