    Director, Mastercard Cybersecurity Channel Partnerships Lead - West NAM

    Job Description

    We are looking for a result-driven sales executive to drive Cybersecurity channel partnerships and sales revenue in the Western US. You will be responsible for leading all the activities across the spectrum of the business development and sales pipeline: partner strategy and prospecting, partner negotiation, channel deal origination and analysis, partner onboarding, partner interaction and sales support, contract and system management, execution and value creation oversight.

     

    To be successful as a Channel Lead executive, you will need to be focused on thinking big and scaling fast by selecting the most promising partners. You should have a track record of team motivation and positive revenue results. Ultimately, a top-notch team overlay should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the Cybersecurity Field Sales teams, the SSO SBL’s, the SBL’s, and the Regional Account Teams leads.

    To be successful the ideal candidate will:

    • Cultivate strong working relationships with external partner prospects and across Cybersecurity field sales teams, the USFI Customer Market segments leads and the USFI Mastercard account teams ensuring effective collaboration and engagement while driving revenue growth and expanded buying centers.

    • Be responsible for achieving channel sales targets, revenue goals, and sales projections, consistently delivering outstanding personal performance.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine engagement scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

    • Create and deliver compelling and concise presentations that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations

    • Coach and provide valuable feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.

    • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

    • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

    • Conducting quarterly, mid-year and annual business revenue and pipeline performance reviews.

    • Self-directed and motivated: aptitude in leveraging greater ambiguity and less well-defined processes to drive results; being a self-starter and proven ability to excel in a fluid environment; ability to work in a fast paced, innovative environment

    • Strong Analytics and consulting skillset: proficiency in structuring content into compelling narratives

    • Driven to excel in a target focused sales environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across business units.

    • Written and Verbal communication: ability to articulate value proposition, engender alignment and convey excitement to internal and external stakeholders

    • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.

    In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.     Pay Ranges

     

    Remote - California: $124,000 - $186,000 USD
