Job Title: Licensed Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

+ Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

+ Conduct site evaluations and develop comprehensive architectural plans.

+ Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

+ Manage project schedules, quality control, and construction administration.

+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Experience in architectural design and drafting.

+ Ability to produce construction documents.

+ Experience in design development and schematic design.

+ Strong technical skills and experience across all phases of project development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Environment

The position is based in Columbia, TN and will be primarily in-office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
