Job Title: Medical Assistant - Arlington & Beachside locations

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our urgent care clinic team. This role involves assisting with medical duties, including patient demographics collection and triaging patients based on symptoms.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with medical duties in an urgent care clinic.

+ Collect patient demographics.

+ Triage patients based on their symptoms.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with electronic medical records and health records.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology.

+ Ability to take patient vitals.

+ Proficiency in customer service within a healthcare environment.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year experience in a fast-paced clinic.

+ Medical Assistant diploma or certification preferred but not required.

+ Experience working at the front desk in a healthcare setting.

Work Environment

The role is based onsite at a primary care clinic, where you will be seeing between 20 - 30 patients a day. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
