    Job Description

    We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee a significant dryer replacement project and Power Distribution Center. The project involves a construction cost of $16 million, with an overall capital of approximately $48 million. This is an industrial-grade project, requiring a focus on structural steel work. The project is currently in the engineering phase, with construction packages being developed. Communication skills and 'boots on the ground' experience are crucial for this role. The position is expected to start in August, with a minimum duration of 18 months, possibly extending to 2 years.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the dryer replacement project and Power Distribution Center.

    + Oversee construction packages and coordinate with engineering teams.

    + Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.

    + Ensure structural steel work is completed to industrial standards.

    + Supervise the demolition phase starting in September.

    + Conduct interviews and select the General Contractor.

    Work Environment

    This role is onsite at the construction project location. The company is willing to cover travel costs for candidates with direct experience in food and beverage industry projects. The environment is structured for industrial-grade work, focusing on structural steel.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
