Hybrid Patient Recruitment Associate
4 month contract with potential extension
MUST HAVE: Patient Recruitment Associate/Assistant/Specialist experience
As a Remote Patient Recruitment Associate, you will screen potential clinical trial participants via phone, manage and update patient data in CTMS, and schedule appointments.You’ll be responsible for meeting daily recruitment goals, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering a positive patient experience through clear
communication and consistent follow-up. This role requires shift and weekend availability.
Key Duties:
+ Conduct tele-screening and assess participant eligibility
+ Manage patient data and appointments in CTMS
+ Meet daily recruitment targets (calls, pre-screens, scheduling)
+ Communicate study details and promote participation
+ Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation
+ Attend training and stay current on study protocols
+ Organize tasks to support team goals
Qualifications
Experience in patient recruitment and clinical research.
MUST HAVE held a Patient Recruitment Associate/Assistant/Specialist job title in the last 1-2 years.
Proven skills in sales,call center, and customer service.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
