    Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm

We’re currently seeking a friendly and organized part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our front office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner

    + Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage voicemail

    + Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for clinical staff

    + Handle patient check-ins and check-outs

    + Maintain a clean and organized reception area

    + Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

    + Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Previous experience in a medical or research setting preferred

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

    + Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
