Now Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer
Are you passionate about driving process improvements and supporting production teams with cutting-edge engineering solutions? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in launching new products, optimizing operations, and enhancing quality across the facility. ️
Core Responsibilities:
• Champion new product introductions—identify equipment, tooling, and processes needed for production
• Estimate costs and quote new product components
• Manage procurement of capital equipment for assigned projects
• Develop operational standards for new equipment and processes
• Provide hands-on technical support to floor employees, team leaders, and supervisors
• Assist Project Managers with project implementation
Additional Responsibilities:
• Support process automation including PLC programming, motor drives, and PC-based control integration
• Collaborate with production, quality, facilities, safety, environmental, and IT teams
• Update cell layouts and perform time studies
• Develop safety and quality corrective actions with production leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.00/hr.
