    Job Title: Delivery Manager - Utilities - Project Management

    Job Description

    The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions and managing operations to support client needs. This role ensures strategic objectives such as growth, client satisfaction, and program KPIs are met. The Delivery Manager leads project teams, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and timing requirements, while maintaining and growing client relationships and providing overall governance for engagements.

    Responsibilities

    + Direct and manage overall operations for assigned accounts/locations with responsibility for growth, gross profit, and client satisfaction.

    + Provide governance for engagements, ensuring compliance with MSA terms by building relationships with key client stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing timely reports.

    + Maintain, monitor, and manage program budgets; allocate resources to meet program requirements.

    + Build and maintain strong client relations at all organizational levels.

    + Collaborate with client's technical stakeholders to facilitate workflow development, project scope, risk assessment, and work forecasting.

    + Provide direction in service/process improvement, cost reduction, and recommendations for business process optimization.

    + Build and oversee teams across multiple sites to ensure consistency, compliance, and responsiveness.

    + Develop and implement colleague performance and development plans to meet individual and program goals, including consultant management decisions.

    + Ensure compliance with client's training and policy requirements.

    + Work with support groups to build systems for performance management, billing, invoicing, operational support, and training.

    + Maintain awareness of business opportunities and support future business pursuits through quality results.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5-7 years of experience managing professional services delivery in the Utilities industry.

    + 5-7 years of experience in people management, including training and development.

    + Experience with technical solution management and strategic solution outsourcing.

    + Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.

    + Program/project implementation experience.

    + Experience in customizing offerings to create customer value.

    + Proven expertise in building or expanding operations or major accounts.

    + Proven written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to conduct meetings with high-level decision makers.

    + Ability to communicate and partner across globally distributed teams in a virtual environment.

    + Highly proficient in MS Office suite.

    Work Environment

    Work involves travel up to 50% as needed. The role requires collaboration in a virtual environment across globally distributed teams. The dress code is professional, and the use of PC applications such as MS Office is essential.

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
