Business Title: Digital Marketing Solutions Content Manager
The Web Content Marketing Manager will ensure alignment with the site’s vision, architecture, and style guidelines while supporting strategies that keep content fresh, engaging, and effective. This role collaborates across multiple business lines to develop content for Huntington.com and integrated cross-channel customer journeys.
To drive website optimization, the manager will analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights to improve the online shopping experience—focusing on increasing conversion rates for key business lines and high-impact pages monthly.
Additionally, this role will enhance lifecycle and drip email campaigns to maximize revenue and lead the development of cross-channel email and SMS marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include campaign planning, content creation, testing, deployment, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization. Integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM tools will be a key component of this work.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Utilize the content management system (Sitecore) to enter, edit and manage content relating to Huntington's banking products.
+ Develop, launch, and optimize a broad range of email programs using email marketing software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
+ Act as a digital subject matter expert in collaboration with Marketing and Compliance.
+ Serve as the liaison between internal tech partners and marketing to troubleshoot and resolve content issues.
+ Ensure that digital marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines (web) while adhering to bank and regulatory standards.
+ Contribute to web strategy discussions and offer solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Conduct ongoing testing of subject lines, offers, creative assets, copy, and other key variables. Analyze results to identify best practices, implement learnings, and continuously optimize performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and subscriptions.
+ Schedule and automate promotional email campaigns to be sent to specified list/segments.
+ Monitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 2 years relevant Web content management and design experience in Sitecore or similar content management system.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading abilities; attentive and responsive listener.
+ Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and project management experience; adept at tracking multiple initiatives and team progress.
+ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and creative abilities to transform concepts, ideas, and data into compelling visual and written content that drives communication and sales effectiveness.
+ Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product/segment management, and web teams including producers, developers, and architects.
+ Comfortable engaging with senior leadership; self-starter who thrives independently while also demonstrating leadership in a matrixed team environment.
+ Proficient in HTML, CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
+ Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing, as well as personalization strategies, is a plus.
+ Experience with SEO optimization and paid search tactics is a plus.
+ Knowledge of content audits, inventories, and information architecture is a plus.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
