Description

The Iowa Clinic is looking for a Data Analyst to lead and support many key data projects. This includes but is not limited to building high impact business intelligence dashboards and reports, processing multiple complex datasets, and completing strategic analytics projects. The Data Analyst will be responsible for building relationships with clinical and business leaders across the organization, helping to complete team and individual data projects. Strong communication skills will also be required to optimize communication across stakeholders, including ensuring all projects are delivered in a clear and impactful manner. The Data Analyst will need to be a team player, but also a self-starter who can work independently, show curiosity, and demonstrate initiative to own complex projects.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.

+ 2-4 years previous experience in business analytics.

+ Previous health care related experience preferred.

+ Experience building dashboards and data processing with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or a similar tool.

+ Experience with data coding languages such as Python, R, SQL, or related tools.

+ Demonstrated experience with data reporting, querying, and manipulation of large data sets.

This position is fully on site located in West Des Moines, IA. We are not able to provide sponsorship for this position.
