Millwright Technician – Multiple Locations in North Dakota

**Location:** Drayton, Hillsboro, and other factory sites in North Dakota

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Pay Range:** Starting at $33/hour, with progression up to $40/hour

**Shift:** Rotating shifts with 14 days off per month

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Millwright Technicians to join maintenance teams across multiple factory locations in North Dakota. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment used in large-scale production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and turbines.

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform root cause analysis.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

+ Operate hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.

+ Collaborate with other maintenance and operations personnel to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Completion of a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance program preferred.

+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing, lifting, confined spaces).

+ Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68224.00 - $80000.00/yr.
