Inspector – Tubing Department

We’re hiring a hands-on Inspector to ensure every tube meets top-tier standards. If you’ve got a sharp eye, know your way around measuring tools, and take pride in quality work—this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
+ Inspect tubing for defects in welds, steel, and final product
+ Verify straightness, length, ovality, wall thickness, I.D., flash control, and surface quality
+ Apply rust preventatives and stencil tubing with required specifications
+ Collect samples for lab analysis and maintain accurate counts
+ Record inspection data using Epic Terminal and complete Q.A. charts
+ Enter SPC data and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
What You Bring
+ 2+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing or fabrication
+ Strong math skills (decimals, fractions, conversions)
+ Proficiency with measuring tools: tape measures, micrometers, dial indicators, radius gauges, PI tapes
+ Clear, legible writing and documentation skills
+ Willingness to work overtime
+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently
+ Must be able to pass the ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) exam within 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
+ ASQ Quality Inspector certification
+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
+ Integrity and drive to deliver high-quality results

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.90 - $27.90/hr.
