    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Worker in a dynamic production facility, where you will follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves hand packing on the production line for a variety of new gourmet products including bay leaves, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, and saffron. As part of the team, you will be responsible for general production duties within a thriving environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Adhere to all GMPs and SOPs in the production facility.

    + Perform hand packing on the production line for gourmet products.

    + Operate machinery and equipment as required.

    + Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Participate in general production duties and maintain a clean work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in a GMP environment is preferred, with at least 1 year of production experience.

    + Ability to operate machinery and perform packaging tasks efficiently.

    + Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality assurance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

    + Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and start times.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a state-of-the-art production facility that emphasizes safety and quality. Follow strict GMP guidelines, which include restrictions on wearing jewelry, lip rings, tongue rings, and fake nails. Production hours typically run from 6 am to 2 pm, with potential flexibility to an 8 am start time. Enjoy a collaborative environment with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
