    _Aerotek is currently hiring for skilled Welder in the Baltimore area!_

    Job Description:

    In this role as a Welder, you will be responsible for **flux core** welding and **MIG welding** . You will be welding out of various positions from time to time.

    Responsibilities:

    + Weld components according to specifications.

    + Interpret weld symbols and blueprints.

    + Take ownership of project progress, provide reports, and adjust to requests.

    + Manage inventory and project materials.

    + Configure pipe systems and plan piping layouts.

    + Ensure all systems are turned off before working.

    + Cut, bend, and weld metals such as carbon and stainless steel with precision.

    Qualifications

    + Proficiency with structural welding and flux core welding.

    + Proficiency in Mig welding and stainless steel welding.

    + Knowledge in assembly, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

    + At least 5 years of experience in welding.

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $68640.00/yr.
