Job Title: Construction Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Plumber to join our team at the Main Plaza job site in Camarillo. This role involves both rough and finish plumbing tasks in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

+ Perform finish plumbing tasks, including the installation of showers, tubs, and sinks on the first building.

+ Install plumbing, piping, and wet utilities on the second building, which is under construction.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and piping diagrams.

+ Utilize mechanical skills for precise fitting and installation.

Essential Skills

+ At least 3 years of construction plumbing experience.

+ Proficiency in both rough and finish plumbing.

+ Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) from previous job sites, though PPE will also be provided.

+ Reliable transportation to commute daily to the job site in Camarillo.

+ Possession of basic plumbing tools, such as pipe wrenches, adjustable wrenches, and other essential tools.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted outdoors on a construction site, with shifts running Monday to Friday and potentially on Saturdays, from either 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm, depending on the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Camarillo, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
