    **🛠️** _Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time | 50–55 Hours/Week_

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a hands-on team that’s shaping the future of infrastructure! As a Laborer, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality precast concrete products used in major construction projects. From pouring and patching concrete to setting up molds and working with rebar, your work will directly contribute to building strong, lasting structures.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist in pouring, mixing, and patching concrete slabs

    + Set up and maintain pouring stations and molds

    + Bend and tie rebar for structural reinforcement

    + Operate machinery and support skilled machine operators

    + Perform general labor and cleaning duties to keep the site safe and efficient

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience in construction, manufacturing, or landscaping

    + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

    + Able to lift, move, and work with tools and materials

    + Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

    + Willingness to work 50–55 hours per week

    Bonus Skills

    + Familiarity with hand and power tools

    + Knowledge of concrete handling, packing, and assembly

    + Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
