Construction Laborer – Paving | $21 - $25/hr - Start ASAP!!!

We’re looking for experienced and motivated paving laborers to join our growing team. If you have 1–2 years of experience in commercial paving and want to be part of a company that values your hard work and invests in your future, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform paving work on commercial properties and non-highway roadways.

+ Meet at our Gorham office each morning and travel to job sites with the crew.

+ Operate tools and assist with paving tasks to ensure high-quality results.

+ Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

+ 1–2 years of experience in commercial paving or sidewalk construction.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.

+ Comfortable working up to 10 hours per day during peak season.

+ Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Work Environment

You’ll be part of a dedicated team working outdoors on commercial paving projects. The work is physically demanding but rewarding, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
