    Job Title: Superintendent

    Job Description

    Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to ensure project milestones are met. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards while monitoring project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and promptly resolve on-site issues and conflicts. Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of project activities.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.

    + Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews effectively.

    + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.

    + Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to the Project Manager.

    + Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.

    + Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.

    + Maintain daily logs and documentation of project activities.

    Essential Skills

    + 4–6 years of experience as a Superintendent in restaurant build-outs.

    + Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

    + Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Buildertrend.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Project Management certification is a plus.

    + Experience with restaurant-specific requirements like kitchen equipment and HVAC.

    + Willingness to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
