    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets while ensuring the quality of the items and stacking orders according to daily requirements. You must be comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs repetitively, maintain high attention to detail, and accurately count inventory. This position requires standing for over 10 hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

    + Monitor the quality of products and stack orders based on daily requirements.

    + Perform inventory counting with high attention to detail.

    + Stand for long periods, exceeding 10 hours a day.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, general labor, picking, and packing.

    + Proficiency in palletizing, packing, using RF scanners, and packaging.

    + Experience in inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    Our production facility operates two shifts: 1st shift from 7AM to 3:30PM, and 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 12AM. The work environment is non-climate controlled but comfortable. Employees must follow GMP guidelines, including wearing hairnets or beard coverings as required, and adhering to jewelry, nail, and fragrance restrictions. Steel-toed shoes are not necessary.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
