    Job Title: Team Lead

    Job Description

    As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating production activities and assisting with the assignment of tasks to team members. You will ensure compliance with Plant GMP standards and address any violations. You will support continuous improvement efforts alongside the Manufacturing Leader and conduct regular audits of QA documentation to maintain accuracy and completeness.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate production activities and assign tasks to team members.

    + Enforce Plant GMP standards and address violations.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts with the Manufacturing Leader.

    + Conduct regular audits of QA documentation for accuracy and completion.

    + Maintain equipment and area cleanliness to ensure compliance with GMP standards.

    + Oversee a team of 15 - 30 people.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual skills are a must-have.

    + Previous experience in food production.

    + Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

    + Leadership experience.

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates on the 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, with four 10-hour shifts from 2:00pm to 12:30am, totaling 40-50 hours per week. You will work in a clean environment adhering to GMP standards.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $48880.00 - $53040.00/yr.
