    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, and more. Your role will involve fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts using metal, plastic, and wood for various projects, equipment repairs, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications. Additionally, you will write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment while continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.

    Responsibilities

    + Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.

    + Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.

    + Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and machine components.

    + Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.

    + Problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, and pneumatics.

    + Ability to work with industrial maintenance, schematic diagrams, automation, ladder logic, and PLC control.

    + Experience in electrical troubleshooting, including three-phase systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment according to standards.

    + Diagnose and repair issues with machinery and equipment.

    + Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

    + Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes various shift options: Mon - Thu 6am - 4:30pm, Mon - Thu 11am - 9:30pm, Mon - Thu 8pm - 6:30am, Fri, Sat, Sun 6am - 6:30pm, and Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm - 6:30am.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $69000.00 - $91500.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MO.
