    Job Title: Shift Production Hauler

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Shift Production Hauler, where you will be responsible for unloading drainage pipes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specifications, and coiling them into rolls. This role requires physical stamina as you will routinely lift 30-40 pounds and occasionally maneuver heavier parts up to 100 pounds with team assistance.

    Responsibilities

    + Unload drainage pipes of various sizes.

    + Trim excess plastic and cut pipes to specification.

    + Coil pipes into rolls efficiently.

    + Lift and maneuver parts, lifting up to 40 pounds routinely.

    + Work collaboratively in a team to handle parts exceeding 40 pounds.

    + Operate hand and power tools, including sawzall, with training provided.

    + Ensure proper packaging and machine operation.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor or production line roles.

    + Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds.

    + Familiarity with hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous machine operation experience is advantageous.

    + Experience in plastics manufacturing is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic, non-climate controlled facility, where temperatures vary with the seasons—cold in summer and hot in winter. The facility is organized, with a newly installed production line, though space can become limited if excess scrap plastic is produced. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday through Thursday. Overtime may be required before or after shifts and every other Saturday as needed.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
