Job Title: General Production Worker $18-21/hr

Job Description

Join our team in the assembly department where you will be responsible for putting together small parts for a variety of units we manufacture. You will be reading from work orders and utilizing hand and power tools to ensure precision and quality.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble small electronic components according to work orders.

+ Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely.

+ Ensure accurate reading comprehension of work orders.

+ Maintain production standards and quality control.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools with at least 6 months of experience.

+ Basic computer skills verified through peer reference or work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a general production environment.

+ Familiarity with assembly processes and production line work.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility that is clean and well-organized. You will be required to wear smocks and ESD equipment, which are supplied by the company. Choose from various shifts: 1st shift (6am-4pm, Monday-Thursday), 2nd shift (3:45pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday), or 4th shift (6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
