    Job Description

    Join our team as a 2nd Shift Stacker in a dynamic production environment focused on food products. You will be a crucial part of the production line, ensuring the smooth operation of the boxing, stacking, loading, and unloading processes. Your role will involve handling boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, managing the flow of empty glass bottles into machines, and palletizing finished products.

    Responsibilities

    + Work on production lines boxing and stacking products.

    + Load and unload products into and from machines.

    + Palletize products and wrap them for shipment.

    + Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into the production machine.

    + Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow all GMP practices.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.

    + Capability to stand for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.

    + Teamwork skills to work effectively on a production line.

    + Experience with high-speed production lines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + General labor and warehouse experience.

    + Familiarity with production lines and pallet jacks.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with temperatures varying by season. The role requires standing for long hours, handling strong food smells, and wearing provided safety gear. Candidates must supply steel-toed boots. You'll work alongside a diverse team, with many speaking Spanish or Haitian Creole. Facilities include a break room with microwaves and vending machines, and personal lockers are provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
