Urgently Hiring MIG Welders!!! – Day Shift

**Location:** Eureka, IL

**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay:** $24.00 - $27.00 **About Us:

We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our team. We take pride in producing high-quality (products/structures) and value craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform MIG welding using .045 to .052 wire according to blueprints and specifications.

+ Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings for material type and thickness.

+ Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.

+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

+ Proficiency in welding with .045 to .052 wire and understanding of different welding techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must be able to lift and stand for extended periods.

+ Experience welding on non-fixtures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
