Job Description

Join our production team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes. You will be responsible for safely moving materials, supporting production lines, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace within our frozen warehouse and processing areas.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete inspection checklists.

+ Safely operate a 3-stage forklift in a racked frozen warehouse.

+ Move pails, cases, and totes from frozen storage to production lines.

+ Track and manage inventory transactions accurately.

+ Transport products between production, drying, and storage areas.

+ Ensure cleanliness and organization in the dryer and infusion areas.

+ Stack pallets, bins, and lugs neatly in outdoor areas.

+ Remove waste and garbage from the plant to designated disposal areas.

+ Inspect materials before supplying them to production.

+ Provide break relief for other line operators.

+ Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Skills

+ Valid forklift certification and experience with 3-stage forklifts.

+ Ability to read and interpret lot numbers, tags, and warehouse locations.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

+ Good attendance and reliability.

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

+ Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

+ Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

+ Comfortable with standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) and color differentiation.

+ Use of hands and arms for reaching, handling, and operating equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Royal City, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
