    Job Title: Welder

     

    $20-28/hr-Days and Nights available

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled welders with experience in pulse welding, or those with a strong aptitude for learning this technique. Individuals with MIG/TIG welding experience are also encouraged to apply. Positions are available for both shifts! Welders love it here because of the variety each day brings!

    Responsibilities

    + Perform welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding processes.

    + Engage in pulse welding techniques, if experienced.

    + Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding methods.

    + Utilize wire feed and grinding tools as required.

    + Handle stainless steel materials with precision.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months of welding experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints with at least 6 months of experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preferred experience of 6+ months in pulse welding.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a combination of indoor and outdoor settings in a non-climate-controlled agricultural area. Steel toe boots and jeans are required, and short sleeves are permissible. Shift options include: 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with mandatory 8 hours overtime each Friday, and optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. 2nd shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including overtime, with optional Saturday overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
